San Francisco Blues

So here I was in San Francisco: the City by the Bay. Oh man, photographically, I have been in love with this city since my first visit back in September of this year. I mean, the energy cannot be competed with. It was visual overload. I wanted to shoot everything in sight. Everything in sight was a well composed photograph with shapes, lines, and form. There was the contrast of people and the background, contrast between the street and sidewalk, the buildings and sky, it was all around me. My go-to unit of course was my Zeiss-Ikon Nettar 120 format with the collapsible bellows. The people, too, were so kind and open to being photographed by this idiot who would ask if they would mind. Nobody refused. Unlike what I would expect to find in my local surroundings. I am going back up there in October.
